Frequently Asked Questions
What methods of tile and grout cleaning do you use?
We use the latest hi-tech tile and grout cleaning equipment and processes that are on the market today. This includes the best tile & grout cleaning chemicals & sealants, orbital scrubbing machines and variable hot water pressure and vacuum recovery technology. Your tile and grout will be the cleanest it has ever been!
What size tile and grout area can you clean and how fast can you do it?
We can clean any size area, whether it is residential kitchens and bathrooms to large shopping centres and commercial warehouses and factories. Our hi-tech commercial grade equipment enables us to adopt tile and grout cleaning processes that are not only highly effective and efficient but also low in mess…this equates to a very fast cleaning process.
What methods of pressure cleaning do you use?
For the majority of outdoor cleaning that we do, including concrete driveways, footpaths, paving and pool surrounds, we employ high pressure cleaning up to 4,000 psi which is captured immediately via our vacuum recovery system. This simply means that nearly all water, chemical solution and debris is transferred to our on board waste tank minimising any run-off into nearby storm water drains as well as significantly reducing any mess or pooling of water around the home or commercial setting.
What methods of carpet cleaning do you use?
For residential carpet cleaning we recommend Hot Water Extraction, commonly referred to as ‘Steam Cleaning’. It employs the best method of flushing out dirt and detergent residues. It is also the method recommended by most carpet manufacturers. For those really dirty and extra soiled commercial carpets we recommend the Hot Water Extraction method but for the majority of commercial applications we recommend Encapsulation or Very Low Moisture carpet cleaning. This method is extremely effective for cleaning commercial grade carpets and it has the best drying times.
